Space only builds allow you the full freedom of a custom build. Which requires for all build, production, electrics, carpet and catering to be arranged solely by the exhibitor.

Sponsors may work with a contractor of their choice.

We do not have a preferred supplier that we are recommending for this service. However, if you get in touch with The Expo Group they will be able to point you in the direction of suppliers that they are familiar with as a starting point for you to explore.

These booths are sold as space only. All build, production, electric, carpet and catering needs to be arranged by the exhibitor via TEG Service Centre here

Complimentary WIFI will be provided in the exhibit hall, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection from VES

All space only stands must adhere to the rules and regulations listed here

  • Please ensure you and your contractors are fully aware of the strict timetable in place for build-up and breakdown. Full construction and removal must be completed within the timings shown as there is no option for early access.

  • It is compulsory for all EACs to wear closed toe footwear during build up and breakdown.

  • The abuse of alcohol, drugs and other substances will not be tolerated onsite. Any person within the venue found will be immediately removed by Security. Please ensure that any contractors or subcontractors working on your stand are aware of this ruling.

Submit your plans for approval

Stand plans, RAMS, CPP and proof of your Public Liability insurance should be submitted here by 9th September for approval by Abraxys.

  1. Technical stand plan: Showing all stand build and dimensions.
  2. Risk Assessment: an examination of what, during the build-up, open days and breakdown of the stand, could cause harm to yourself or other people.
  3. Method Statement: a written description of the proposed stand build detailing materials used/ time schedule etc.
  4. Construction Phase Plan: The CPP must set out the arrangements for securing health and safety on-site. It should take into account, where necessary, all industrial, commercial, domestic or transport-related activities taking place on the construction site.
  5. Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC): See EAC Tab if planning on using independent contractors.

Please Note: The Expo Group handles all rigging under 200 lbs. All other rigging is handled through the Venetian Expo and Convention Center and can be found under Additional Show Services in the Exhibitor Kit.

Hanging signs are only allowed above booths that are 400 square feet (20’x20’) or larger. Hanging signs may not exceed the length of any side of your booth space or hang over the common aisle space. The top of any hanging sign may not exceed the maximum height restriction of 16 feet.

All rigging requirements must be ordered via VES by October 3rd 2022.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC): If your company plans to utilize the services of any independent contractors other than our approved contractors, you must complete and submit an EAC form.

For your protection all exhibitors are required to provide evidence of adequate Public liability insurance cover in order to exhibit at Money20/20. As a ‘Participating Exhibitor’ cover has been automatically arranged on your behalf under the Insurance Policy issued to Ascential Group Ltd.

Insurance Process

Once contract signed you will receive two emails within 2-3 days: One from our customer accounts team with insurance details & invoice for the $250 fee.

You can either pay the invoice or provide evidence of your own insurance policy via the Inevexco portal. Once documents are approved, fee will be waived. See our General Terms of Business for details. If you have any doubts about what your insurance needs are please email with your queries and we will respond accordingly.
