Traveling By Air
The biggest airport in Las Vegas is Harry Reid International Airport. Flying into this airport will put you only five miles south of the heart of Sin City where you can enjoy gambling, restaurants, and shows.
Harry Reid is the primary commercial airport serving the Las Vegas major metropolitan area. If you are from the States, you can fly with your passport or your state ID.

Luggage storage is free of charge and available 24/7 at the Guest Services Desk located near the main entrances of both The Venetian and The Palazzo. If you’ve secured your accommodation you can drop off your bags to the bellman or if you self-park, you can drop them off before check-in in the main lobby. Your bags will be delivered to your room at no charge.

Visa
Do I need a visa to travel into the United States?
If you are traveling from outside of the USA, you may require a visa for your trip. We recommend you check with the USA Embassy for the latest travel information and check back regularly for updates before you travel.
If you do require a visa, we recommend that you plan your application in advance to leave plenty of time to get organized. You will find a useful template for generating visa invitation letters if you need them for your trip directly in your Money20/20 Account by navigating to Purchased Orders > Delegate pass > Options > Request Visa Letter.
I have secured my pass. How can I download my Visa Invitation Letter?
To download a Visa Invitation Letter from Money20/20, navigate to your Money20/20 Account and follow these steps: Purchased Orders > Delegate pass > Options > Request Visa Letter to enter your passport and travel details.
Once complete, click on 'Submit Request' and you will be able to download a PDF of your personalized Visa Invitation letter.
If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport or if you are not the account holder of the booking, don’t worry, just contact us with the details and we will be able to assist you.
What does the Money20/20 Visa Invitation Letter include?

I have not yet secured my pass. Can you provide me with a Visa Invitation Letter before I complete my purchase?
Money20/20 can only offer Visa Invitation Letters to registered attendees. If you would prefer to secure your visa in advance of purchasing your pass, please get in touch us for further assistance.

I Am Experiencing Issues Accessing My Money20/20 Account.
Choose ‘Forgotten Password’, enter your account email, and follow the instructions emailed to you to reset your password.
My Company Has Registered A Pass For Me, But I Am Unable To Locate It.
If a colleague purchased your pass, it will appear in their Money20/20 account, even if the pass is registered under your name. Rest assured your access is not affected as long as your pass has been assigned with your information. If unsure of the registration status of your pass, contact us for assistance.
If I Book Passes For My Colleagues, Can I Then Move The Passes Into Their Account So They Can Manage Their Own Passes?
If you prefer individuals to handle their own passes, we recommend placing separate pass orders as we are only able to move full booking orders between accounts. Contact us and we'll assist with the transfer, if feasible.
I Have Assigned All Passes To My Colleagues; Will They Receive An Email Confirming Their Registration?
All registrants will receive various communications leading up to the show, including event details, helpful tips to maximize their experience, information about the Money20/20 Connect app, and a unique barcode email with instructions on pass collection at the venue upon arrival.
Can I Make Delegate Name Replacements, And Is There a Deadline?
To make a name change, hover over the delegate's pass in the Pass Manager area and navigate to Options > Delegate details > Edit details > Click on ‘To replace the delegate please click here’
If you don't see this option, it might not be available for your pass type online. Get in touch with details of the new delegate, including their full name, company name and address, job title, phone number, and email and we will be able to assist you with the replacement.
Online name changes will no longer be possible from Saturday, October 17, 2026. You can either get in touch with us or we can assist you directly at Badge Pick Up if the pass has not already been printed and/or collected.
How Can I Add A Photo To My Pass?
In your Pass Manager, clicking on Options > Delegate Details > Upload Headshot OR hovering directly over the photo icon on the pass > Add photo.
In the Money20/20 Connect app, you will be able to make changes via the edit profile section.
For security purposes, and to ensure you can move easily around the venue, a recent photo is required. The photo needs to be a minimum of 480 x 600 pixels in size and a passport-style (on a blank background), portrait layout, in jpg.
We are unable to accept cartoon images, caricatures, animal photos, multiple faces in the frame, or a full body shot where the subject's face might be a bit difficult to identify.

Accessing The Show
Show Floor and Content
The Money20/20 floorplan within the Venetian is fully accessible. You’ll find an interactive floor plan with signage for accessible routes, elevators and restrooms via the official app when it launches closer to the show.
All content stages feature step-free access. Our team is also on hand to help you find seating at mainstages and attendees with reduced mobility can take advantage of line-skip privileges.
Your badge and access
Everyone will need to wear a badge onsite at all times – this will be your passport to the show. Badge collection is located in the Venetian Ballroom, near Starbucks, and you’ll find an accessible desk in the Fast Track lane. You can let us know ahead of time if you have reduced mobility or special requirements by updating your pass registration details online or by contacting us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to staff when you arrive – they’ll be easy to spot in ‘staff’ t-shirts and badges.
Mobility
Mobility scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve one in advance please let us know here. Onsite at the show, you can also speak to the team at Badge Collection at desk 1, located in the Venetian Room.
Nursing Room
A Nursing Room is available on Level 1 by the Galileo Junior Ballroom. Access to the room is secured by a numeric code, which is displayed on the door. You can also find the location in our interactive map.
Multi-Faith Room: A Multi Faith Room is available on level 1, room 203. You can also find the location in our interactive map.
Food and Beverage Accommodations
We’ve partnered with venue caterers to offer a wide variety of dietary options, including:
· Vegetarian and vegan meals
· Halal and kosher meals
· Dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options
To update your dietary preferences: · Log in to your Money20/20 account
· Click “Account” in the top-right corner
· Select the “Pass Manager” tile
· Hover over your pass and choose “Delegate Details” > “2. Delegate Preferences” If your pass was booked on your behalf, you can contact us to update the preferences for you.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly labeled across food products and menus.

The Venetian
The Venetian offers fully ADA-compliant rooms. If you would like support to request an ADA accessible room, please contact the Accommodation Team at accommodation@money2020.com.
Expectant Parents and Nursing
Expectant Parents Expectant parents can request a “Baby on Board” pin for their badge lanyard at Badge Collection or one of our Info Desks to access line skip privileges and priority seating at main stages.
Nursing Room A Nursing Room is available on Level 1 by the Galileo Junior Ballroom. Access to the room is secured by a numeric code, which is clearly displayed on the door.
Children at the show Money20/20 USA is an adult only event (18+ years and above) however if you are bringing your child to the show, please contact us and we’ll let you know next steps, what to expect and can provide some helpful top tips.

Code of Conduct
Founded in 2011, Money20/20 creates destination shows where the most innovative people in payments, fintech, and the broader financial services industry connect. The below Code of Conduct applies to all staff, attendees, sponsors, speakers, and third parties attending or working at our show.
Money20/20 is the space where fintech's smartest visionaries and innovators come together to create the future of money. It's been our mission to create an equitable platform that gives strong representation to diverse speakers and diversity of thought.
Money20/20 takes antitrust law compliance seriously. All attendees are reminded that they should comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws and should not disclose or discuss competitively sensitive information (including business strategy, pricing, details of customer or supplier relationships, and commercial preferences). If attendees have questions about their obligations they should seek advice from their respective organizations.
Money20/20 also does not accept inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior, either in person or online, toward other delegates, partners, speakers, or our staff. We have zero tolerance for such behavior at any time or any location before, during, or after the show. This type of behavior could include:
- offensive spoken or written comments related to (but not limited to) gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, belief, or political opinion;
- deliberate intimidation and bullying in person or virtually;
- a lack of respect, including microaggressions;
- harassing photography or videography;
- sustained disruption of talks or other events;
- inappropriate or unwanted physical contact;
- violent or aggressive behavior - both verbal and physical;
- sexual harassment such as unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or visual, verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature, including intrusive staring of a sexual nature;
- acting in a way or running an activity that feels like it is not equitable or excludes people; and/or
- behaving inappropriately and acting in a way that negatively impacts others whilst under the influence of alcohol and/or any other substance.
- Our expectation is that every delegate, representative, and partner attending one of our events or interacting with our brand, as well as every member of the Money20/20 team is behaving in a decent, fair, responsible, and reasonable way towards our colleagues, company property, customers and suppliers. Everyone at our show or working with our brand has the right to feel safe, welcomed, supported, treated with respect, and heard.
Money20/20 may act if it feels any individual or group has failed to meet the standards set by this Code of Conduct at any time. This could include revoking the individual or group's show passes without a refund, but further action could also be taken, which could involve informing the appropriate authorities and/or the organization that paid for the pass(es).
If you experience a violation of this Code of Conduct at the show please contact a member of staff or use our email feedback@money2020.com to let us know.
If you feel uncomfortable in any situation while at the show, please attempt to remove yourself from the situation or approach a Money20/20 staff member for assistance (dressed in branded T-shirts).
As you would in any major city, please take precautions at all times. If you’re planning to attend an event arranged by Money20/20 or one of our partners, please consider the following options:
- Make sure you’ve planned your journey home;
- Don’t travel alone, where possible;
- Arrange a cab to help you travel around;
- Arrange to travel with co-workers or friends, especially if traveling late at night or in the early hours of the morning;
- Your phone may have an emergency siren/contact authorities setting. Please make sure you review these settings before arrival at the show. All violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or 191 in Thailand.
If someone looks unwell or is vulnerable, and you are concerned for their safety, explain your concern to a member of staff and ask that they help the person get home safely.
Inside the Venetian, the RAI, and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center - we have medics and security staff on-site to assist:
- Inside a hotel, bar, or restaurant - speak to a member of staff
- In a public place - call the police (phone 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or 191 in Thailand)
- If someone is under the influence of alcohol or other substances and incapable of walking or standing and does not understand what is being said to them, they are in need of medical assistance in the hospital and someone should call an ambulance immediately (phone 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or 191 in Thailand). All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are at our sole discretion and our decision is final. This Code of Conduct may be revised at any time by Money20/20.
This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to our rights, all of which we expressly reserve.
Staying Safe at Money20/20
We want everyone to have a great time at the show, so we’ve put together some guidance to help you feel safe in and around the grounds.
Getting help
Head to any of our information desks around the venue for general directions, and advice, or look out for our staff for support or directions - they’ll be easy to spot in ‘staff’ t-shirts and badges!
Medical Assistance
Inside the show - we have medics and security staff on site to assist. If you or someone you know is feeling unwell, explain your concern to a staff member (in “staff” t-shirts) who can help assist and guide you in the right direction. Remember to carry your medical insurance details if you’re an international visitor.
If someone looks unwell or seems in need of assistance and you are concerned for their safety, explain your concern to a member of staff and ask that they help the person get home safely.
If someone is extremely unwell, including but not limited to: incapable of walking or standing, trouble breathing, experiencing chest pain or other serious symptoms, please call 911 immediately. You can also notify a member of the security team can assist in coordinating with emergency services.
Remember to drink plenty of water and take breaks to rest and recharge around the venue and when exploring the city.
Venue security
Be aware that we’ll be checking bags at the entrances, and large suitcases/luggage will not be permitted inside the venue. If you have any concerns during your time at Money20/20, please just ask any member of Money20/20 staff or alert a venue security officer.
Staying together
As you would in any major city, please take precautions to stay safe and protect your possessions at all times. If you’re planning to attend one of our evening events, please make sure you’ve planned your journey home. Don’t travel alone where possible. Book a taxi, or walk with co-workers or trusted friends, especially late at night.
Stay connected
Keep your phone charged and take a portable charger with you as a backup. During show hours, we have plenty of space at the venue to charge your electronics. You’ll find these signs posted in the App. Stay connected with friends or family members, especially if you're exploring solo.
Valuables
Leave your passport and any valuables in your room, and use a safe if there is one. Remember to close all windows before you go out. While out and about, keep bags fastened and don’t carry them facing to the roadside.
Road Safety
Please take care when crossing roads. Always be aware of your surroundings. If you’re walking on the Strip, be aware of the large number of people and traffic around you. Please take care when crossing roads to ensure you yield to oncoming traffic and cross in designated areas, jaywalking is punishable in the state of Nevada with a fine of up to $100.
Know the Local Laws
Be aware of local laws regarding alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use.
Traveling around Las Vegas
- Airport transfers - book a car service in advance via your hotel.
- Use Licensed Taxis: When needing transportation, opt for licensed taxis or reputable ride-sharing services.
- Avoid unmarked or unofficial taxis to prevent scams.

- To ensure the safety, security, and best overall experience for all attendees and staff of Money20/20, it is imperative that all participants abide by the Show Code of Conduct.
Registration and Badge Pick Up
When you enter Money20/20 USA for the first time, you’ll need to collect your badge from Badge Pick Up. Everyone will need to wear a badge onsite at all times – this will be your passport to the show.
What do I need to bring to collect my badge?
Please bring a form of ID and your badge pick up barcode email. A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under Badge Pick-Up. If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the desks anyway, and the staff will help you locate the booking onsite.
What does my badge look like?
Your Money20/20 USA badge will include your headshot, first and last name, job title, and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes. If your pass isn’t in your account because it was booked by someone else, please ask the booking contact to make the changes or email the Delegates team at usa@money2020.com and they’ll be happy to help.
Can I buy a pass onsite at Money20/20 USA?
Absolutely. Head to Badge Pick Up or buy your pass online.
Can I collect a badge on behalf of a colleague?
You can collect a badge for someone else and we’ll be able to add the collection details to the booking. Please make sure you bring the badge pick up barcode email with you or an email from the delegate with permission to collect the badge on their behalf.
How do I change the person on a pass?
As long as the badge hasn’t been used or printed already, you can make a name change at the Registration desks or online by following these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.
My colleague registered my pass online. Why can’t I see it when I log in?
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the Booking Contact's Money20/20 USA account online under Pass Manager. But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the show details they need – including information on the program, the Money20/20 Connect App, Badge Pick Up, and more. Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates team at usa@money2020.com to find out more.
Will there be a cloakroom available at the venue?
Yes! The cloakroom is located on Level 1. Attendees may access it via the Business Center or the Coat Check room.
Cloakroom fees:
