Accessibility and Special Requests

Here you’ll find all the information you need to plan your visit if you have accessibility requirements.

/ Support at the show

You can let us know ahead of time if you have reduced mobility or special requirements by updating your pass registration details online or by contacting us at accessibility@money2020.com. When you arrive onsite, you’ll also find an accessible desk in the Fast Track lane at Badge Pick Up. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to staff when you arrive, they will be easy to spot in ‘Staff’ t-shirts and badges.

/ Accessibility at the venue

This guide will give you all the information you need to plan your visit if you have accessibility requirements. We’ve got a dedicated team onsite to support you, and by updating your preferences online for your badge, you can request to receive line skip and access to reserved seating at our main stages.

Accessing the show

The show is fully accessible and you will find an interactive floor plan with signage for accessible routes, lifts and restrooms.These will be signposted on our ‘You are here’ boards (and also made available via our interactive map in our Money20/20 Connect App). Badge collection is in the Venetian Ballroom (top tip: look for Starbucks, it’s very close by), and you’ll find an accessible desk in the Fast Track lane.

We offer reserved seating at our main stages and line skip for anyone with reduced mobility. There will be a discreet icon on your badge to let staff know you require access to these services. You can let us know ahead of time if you have reduced mobility or special requirements by updating your pass registration details online, contacting us or come see us at one of our Info Desks or at Badge Collection at the show.

/ Useful locations within the venue

FedEx Business Center: Level 2

Opening Times:

  • Monday to Friday from 7.00am - 6.00pm

  • Saturday to Sunday from 9.00am - 5.00pm

ATM machine: There is one located by Restaurant Row in front of the Voltaire Theatre Box Office. There are also multiple ATMs located in the casinos.

Cloakroom: On level 1, attendees can enter through the Business Center or our Coat Check room. It will be $8 per item and an additional $12 per item left overnight.

Luggage Watch: Coming soon

Multi-Faith Room: Level 1, 203

Nursing room: Level 1, located by Galileo Junior Ballroom . The door has a number code that is provided on the door and it has power outlets on the inside.

Taxis: Taxis lines are located in front of the main entrance of both The Venetian and The Palazzo. Taxi pick-up/drop off also on Level 1 of The Venetian Expo Center.

Lost property procedure:

Lost and Found can be checked at The Venetian tower, The Palazzo® tower, or The Venetian Expo Security podiums. An officer will assist you with completing the online loss inquiry form. The Security podiums are located next to the main cashier’s cage in both casinos and in the main lobby of The Venetian Expo.

/ Food & Beverage

We’ve worked with venue caterers to give you a greater variety of choices across the show. Vegetarian and vegan options will be widely available, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly highlighted across all food products and menus.
