Badges:
- You will receive a badge barcode email a few days prior to the show. It will also be available under “Badge Pick Up” in the Connect app. Badges will be picked up from the Venetian Ballroom during the registration opening hours above
Accessibility:
- The show is fully accessible with an interactive floor plan, signage for accessible routes as well as lifts and restrooms available. These will be signposted on our ‘You are here’ boards (and also made available via the interactive map). You will also find accessible badge pick up via the fast track lane and our team is on hand for any questions, they will be easy to spot in ‘Staff’ t-shirts.
- Reserved seating at main stages and line skip is available for anyone with reduced mobility. There will be a discreet icon on your badge to let staff know you require access to these services, you can request this at Badge Pick Up.

When You Arrive:

- ATM machine: There is an ATM located by Restaurant Row in front of the Voltaire Theatre Box Office. There are also multiple ATMs located in the casinos.
- Cloakroom: On level 1, attendees can enter through the Business Center or our Coat Check room. $8 per item and an additional $12 per item left overnight.
- Luggage Watch: Venetian guests may utilize complimentary bag watch at Guest Services in the main lobby. For those staying outside of the Venetian, bag drop-off is available at the Cloakroom ($8 per item and an additional $12 per item left overnight).

Lost & Found
- Lost and Found can be checked at The Venetian tower, The Palazzo tower, or The Venetian Expo Security podiums. An officer will assist you with completing the online loss inquiry form. The Security podiums are located next to the main cashier’s cage in both casinos and in the main lobby of The Venetian Expo.

- Complimentary food, drinks, snacks are available throughout the show. Vegetarian and vegan options will be widely available, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly highlighted across all food products and menus.

Health & Wellnes
- Inside the show, we have medics, trained first-aiders and security staff on-site to assist. If you or someone you know is feeling unwell, explain your concern to a staff member (in “staff” t-shirts) who can help assist and guide you in the right direction. Remember to carry your medical insurance details if you’re an international visitor.
- If someone is extremely unwell, including but not limited to: incapable walking or standing, trouble breathing, experiencing chest pain or other serious symptoms, please call 911 immediately.

- To ensure the safety, security, and best overall experience for all attendees and staff of Money20/20, it is imperative that all participants abide by the Show Code of Conduct.
- Our expectation is that every delegate, representative, and partner attending one of our events or interacting with our brand, as well as every member of the Money20/20 team is behaving in a decent, fair, responsible, and reasonable way towards our colleagues, company property, customers and suppliers. Everyone at our show or working with our brand has the right to feel safe, welcomed, supported, treated with respect, and heard. Money20/20 may act if it feels any individual or group has failed to meet the standards set by this Code of Conduct. This could include revoking the individual or group's show passes without a refund, but further action could also be taken, which could involve informing the appropriate authorities.
