Biography

Fiona Nantege is General Manager and Head of JPMorganChase’s Elder & Vulnerable Banking business, which serves older adults and the families and caregivers who support them. Her work focuses on how banks can support multi-generational financial relationships—especially when caregiving, protection, and independence need to coexist.

Previously, she led strategy and growth for JPMorganChase’s low-to-moderate-income (LMI) customer segment, including the Chase Secure Banking product, and drove national initiatives to expand access to mainstream banking and strengthen customers’ financial resilience. She also helped shape JPMorganChase’s American Dream initiative, with a focus on advancing customers’ financial health.

Fiona brings financial services experience spanning the U.S. and international markets. She earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University Business School.
