A seasoned financial services leader with more than a decade of experience, LePore specializes in digital acquisition, product innovation and customer-centric design. He partners closely with technology, design, marketing, analytics and fintech teams to bring new capabilities to market while upholding the governance, risk discipline and trust foundational to the banking experience. Prior to U.S. Bank, LePore held multiple leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, helping modernize consumer account opening and digital channel strategy. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Xavier University and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio
