A founding team member, she helps banks modernize critical consumer moments—such as direct deposit switching, payment management, and digital onboarding—without replacing core systems.

With more than a decade of experience, Andrea is a proven product leader known for taking zero‑to‑one products to market and scaling high‑performing product organizations. Before Atomic, she was Director of Product Management at SquadLocker and held senior product roles across technology companies. She has also advised early‑stage startups on product strategy, team formation, and go‑to‑market execution, several of which have gone on to successful exits.

Andrea brings a fintech‑first perspective to bank partnerships, championing API‑driven infrastructure that enables customer journeys. She holds a BA in Commerce, Organizations & Entrepreneurship from Brown University and is based in Rhode Island.
