All sponsors who have purchased a stand space are provided with an allocation of passes dependent on stand size. The standard allocation will be listed below but please bear in mind additional passes may have been purchased at the point of sale so it is recommended you view your sales contract to check.

If you wish to purchase additional passes you can do so here or via your account manager.
Register your Sponsorship Passes and ensure your team get access to the Connections Platform once it launches. It’s easy! Here are the steps to follow:
Log in or create an account and navigate to Purchased Orders
Click on Provide more details on the pass(es)
Upload a photo, add the full attendee’s details, click save and close
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each pass (if managing multiple passes)
Once fully registered your pass will reflect as Ready to Go and you are all set!
You can sign back in at any time to make changes, upload photos or download a visa letter if anyone in your team requires one for the trip. You can also find our tips to Plan Your Trip.
If you require more tickets, you can purchase these via the show website.
As a sponsor, you are entitled to $250 discount on the current pass price by entering your personalised sponsor code at the checkout stage. You can share your code with clients and colleagues so they benefit from the discount too!

Day 1 (Sunday 23rd October): 8am - 8pm
Day 2 (Monday 24th October): 6.30am – 8pm
Day 3 (Tuesday 25th October) 7.30am - 8pm
Day 4 (Wednesday 26th October) 8am - 11am
Badge Pick Up is located in Hall G, entry via the lower lobby of the Venetian Convention Center,3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. All Money20/20 Badges must be picked up here. You only need to collect your badge once! There is no need to return to registration on the following day, you can access the show directly.
To pick up your Money20/20 USA Badge, you must present your unique barcode which will be sent to you over email a few days before the first day of the show. There is no need to print as we will be able to scan directly from your phone using the self service kiosks. To expedite the badge pickup process, ensure you have completed all your details (or made any necessary changes) including passport-style headshot photo of yourself in your Pass Manager.
