Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy? A: A deposit equal to two (2) nights + tax per suite, is required to guarantee accommodations. Individual deposits will be credited to individual folios. Hotel will refund deposits when individual suite reservations are cancelled a minimum of forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
