This plan explains the safety measures we will implement to address the risks posed by Covid-19. They are aligned with local government requirements, industry best practice and venue safety policy.
Read on for an explanation of the full range Covid-19 safety measures which we will have in place. There’s also a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section at the end.
By implementing these safety measures, you can have every confidence that when you come to Money20/20 USA, we are taking all reasonable precautions to keep you safe. That leaves you free to get on with the most important thing: gaining access to the connections, conversations and ideas that will transform not just your business but the whole fintech industry.
Will I need to provide evidence of a Covid-19 vaccine or negative test result?
Attendees will need to provide proof that you have had at least one vaccination against Covid-19 14 days prior to the event or proof of a negative test taken within 48 hours of arriving. We ask that all attendees upload your vaccination certificate or negative test result to CrowdPass here. Pre-uploading your vaccination certificate before arriving will speed up your journey onsite.
CrowdPass will accept any vaccination certificate recognized by the World Health Organization. If you have only had one dose of your COVID vaccine, please follow the 'Fully vaccinated' route on CrowdPass.
If you are uploading a negative test result the test must have been taken where they put the results through a CLIA certified lab. At home tests will not be accepted.
Every attendee will need to go through our Covid checkpoint where you will be asked to show your QR code from CrowdPass and photo ID. That will verify your Covid status and enable you to collect your badge from Registration and enter the show.
Testing is available onsite if needed. Rapid antigen tests will be used - results will take approximately 20-30 minutes to receive.
If you would like to take a test onsite, please pre-register your details here. Testing is available in Hall G.
Do I need to wear a mask if I’ve already had a COVID-19 vaccine?
In line with CDC guidance, the State of Nevada and The Venetian will require everyone to wear a face mask, regardless of your vaccination status or if you have a recent negative test result. As such, we will be asking all delegates at Money20/20 USA to wear a face mask. If you are unable to wear a face mask for any reason, face shields must be worn.
What measures are being followed at the Show?
Money20/20 USA will be run according with Nevada State regulations, and any venue-specific requirements. These are being constantly reviewed and we will adjust our Safety Plan as necessary to match the latest medical advice and government regulations.
Can you guarantee my safety at the Show?
