Zor Gorelov is CEO of Blue Language Labs and a three-time founder with more than 25 years of experience building category-defining enterprise software, cloud and AI companies. He also serves as Senior Advisor to Klaros Group and as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of 5Paisa Capital.

He founded and led Kasisto, a pioneer in conversational and generative AI platforms for banking, which was later acquired by Backbase. Under his leadership, Kasisto helped global financial institutions deploy advanced AI solutions across their businesses - transforming customer engagement and employee productivity.

Previously, Zor co-founded SpeechCycle, acquired by Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ: SNCR), and founded BuzzCompany, acquired by Multex (NASDAQ: MLTX).
