Zach Christensen (he/him) is a communications strategist and consultant who helps credit unions connect purpose with performance. As Marketing Director at Mitchell Stankovic & Associates, he partners with executives and boards to modernize governance, strengthen leadership, and evolve workplace culture.

He is also the Executive Director and co-founder of CU Pride, the LGBTQ+ Association for Credit Union Professionals and Allies, amplifying inclusion and authenticity across the movement. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Zach blends strategy, storytelling, and heart to drive lasting change. He also supports global cooperation through the AACUC, HAPICUP, GLWLN, NLCUP, WYCUP, and the Via Stella Foundation.
