Will is the Head of eCommerce Solutions. In this role he is responsible for driving the Services global product strategy for the eCommerce client segment across of the Services product verticals. Before this Will was the Global co-head of Cross Border Payments at Citi where he was responsible for all of the Treasury and Trade Solutions Cross Border payments products including WorldLink, Cross Border Funds Transfer, Cross Border Receivables and the industry leading FXJV withing Citi's Institutional Clients Group. He is based in New York.

He held several leadership roles prior to this including spending time in San Francisco and as a country head for Citi in South Africa. Will holds an MBA from the University of Wales, a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in law from UNISA and a Project Management Diploma.
