Tyler Meade began his career as a prosecutor in California more than 30 years ago, specializing in appeals and white collar crime. He turned to civil litigation in 1998 and in the subsequent years built a commercial litigation practice in which he represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex cases around the country. During that time, he handled many matters for Gemini, Winklevoss Capital, and the Winklevoss family. In late 2022, he was asked to advise Gemini's legal department on certain litigation and other matters. Since then, he has reorganized and rebuilt the entire legal team. From April to November 2023, he served as Acting General Counsel of Gemini Trust Company, LLC. In November, he became the Chief Legal Officer of the larger Gemini organization.
