Tribeni Chougule is the Founder of Kinspace, a leadership and organisational consultancy helping senior leaders and teams uncover the hidden dynamics that affect trust, performance and decision-making. A multi-award-winning professional with 25 years of experience across technology and financial services, she has held leadership and transformation roles at Visa Europe.

Today, Tribeni works as an executive coach and organisational consultant, supporting leaders and teams on leadership effectiveness, culture, psychological safety, power, voice, belonging and the patterns that can quietly undermine collaboration and change. She helps leaders look beyond individual behaviour to understand the systems, relationships and environments shaping performance.

Tribeni holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and is an accredited executive coach. An alumna of Money20/20’s Rise Up 2021 cohort, her work now spans leadership advisory, executive coaching and organisational development, with particular interests in responsible leadership, inclusion and living systems.
