Before Swift, Tom was CTO of CLS Group and held executive technology roles at LCH.Clearnet, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Capital. With more than 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, trading, and financial-market infrastructure, he brings deep expertise in settlement mechanics, cross-border payments, and institutional market structure.
