Sunil Seshadri leads HealthEquity's Cybersecurity, Fraud, Information Technology, and Data organizations, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading cybersecurity at some of the world's largest financial services and fintech companies. He plays a critical role in executing the Company's strategy, strengthening resiliency, accelerating innovation, and creating a safer environment for clients, partners, and members.

Previously, Sunil was Chief Information Security Officer at Wells Fargo, where he led an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, engineering and operations. Before that, as CISO of Visa Inc., he led the cybersecurity program protecting billions of payment cards. He also held CISO roles at ICE, NYSE, and Archipelago, building large-scale security solutions across diverse platforms.

Sunil actively contributes to the cybersecurity community, helping shape industry best practices, and serves on the Board of Directors of Obsidian Security.

He lives with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
