Sima Gandhi is a Sr. Advisor at FS Vector, where she advises banks and fintechs engaging in partnerships. She also helps companies building disruptive products to develop public policy strategies for engaging with press, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

Sima is a seasoned tech executive and serial entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience launching disruptive products and building category-defining companies. She was the first business executive at Plaid, leading their global policy, bank, and strategy teams. Most recently, she was the CEO and co-founder of Creative Juice, a Forbes top 50 fintech company. Earlier in her career, she was at the U.S. Department of Treasury. Sima holds a JD from NYU Law and a BS in Engineering from Stanford University.
