Shruti Patel is Chief Product Officer for the Business Banking Segment at U.S. Bank. She is responsible for delivering an integrated product strategy connecting banking, payments and software for business clients with up to $50 million in revenue.

Shruti has two decades of financial services experience, in banking, payments and fintech. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she led partnerships and monetization at Shopify, managing financial services, retail and cross-border partnerships and monetization strategies. Previously, she led digital payments products and partnerships at JPMorgan Chase, managing a suite of embedded payment services.

Before Chase, Shruti spent 11 years at American Express where she worked within the Corporate and Merchant Services units.

Shruti was featured in American Banker’s 2023 Most Influential Women in Payments and 2025 Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Teams. She was in the top 10 of Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Chief Product Officers of 2025.
