Shelia Moore is the SVP of Baas and Issuing Partnerships at tbom, bringing 35 years of financial services expertise to the forefront of banking innovation. A fintech pioneer, she has been driving the intersection of traditional banking and technology since 2009 as one of the founding members of tbom®’s fintech division.

Leveraging a deep operational background as a former CFO and Operations Officer, Shelia currently leads tbom®’s fintech business development and financial risk management teams. She specializes in launching high growth products that scale securely. In her earlier fintech roles, she was responsible for relationship management, network related activities, reporting and other needed tasks required to build the division.

Shelia holds a BS in Accounting and a MBA. Her education and experience allow her to combine financial discipline and understanding of the fintech landscape to help fintechs and end consumers realize the tbom motto- " Live Well, Bank Well."
