Shalu is a global payments executive with over 18 years of experience scaling platform revenues, building transformational platform partnerships, and driving strategic growth initiatives across Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, and Financial Services within the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Shalu currently leads Product Partnerships at SoFi Tech Solutions. Prior to joining SoFi Tech Solutions, Shalu held several leadership roles at eBay, Citibank, and Microsoft.

Recognized by American Banker as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments (2023), Shalu is passionate about advancing innovation in financial ecosystems and empowering the next generation of women leaders in the industry. Shalu has been a member of the Money20/20 Riseup and Amplify community since 2021.

Shalu holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management in Canada. In her free time, Shalu creates watercolor art.
