Seema is responsible for growing Mastercard's Core Payments business and advancing the company's ESG initiatives in North America.

This includes leading business lines including Consumer Products (Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Private Label), Network & Gateway Solutions, and Digital & Channel Solutions. Additionally, Seema leads Mastercard's strategic ESG initiatives across Financial Inclusion and Sustainability Programs.

Prior, Seema was the Head of Consumer Marketing, responsible for building and growing the Mastercard Brand via a multidisciplinary approach. This included growing and differentiating Mastercard’s sponsorship portfolio, leading the media function, as well as building unique and differentiating experiential platforms such as Mastercard Priceless Cities and segment specific programs across Small Business, Cross Border Affluent Travelers and Underserved, to name a few.

Seema has nearly 25 years’ experience across product development, management and marketing. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2007, she had a successful advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather across India, Dubai, and New York.
