As Head of Emerging Products at one of the country's five largest banks, Sean discovers, validates, and commercializes early-stage ideas inside a highly regulated institution – a job that requires equal parts conviction, patience, and the ability to build business cases that actually survive contact with compliance.

Prior that, he led the build and launch of the bank's subscription-based financial services and EveryDay Solutions, which won American Banker's 2026 Innovation of the Year award.
