Scott Liftman is Head of Fintech New Business at the American Express Network. In this role, he develops and grows partnerships between Amex and companies across the fintech ecosystem to support the launch of new and innovative payment products. Prior to his work at Amex, Scott has more than a decade of experience in strategy and partnerships across private, public and startup enterprises. He previously led national security operations at the U.S. Department of Defense, supported Deloitte’s Chief Strategy Officer on global strategy and innovation projects and built the sales and partnership strategy for a virtual reality training start-up for military and first responders.
