Ryan Gatti is Senior Vice President and Head of Innovation at Citizens, where he helps the bank look ahead to the next horizon. He owns Citizens’ FinTech, venture investing, and digital asset strategy, with a focus on innovation and challenger models.

Ryan joined Citizens in 2022. Previously, he held leadership roles in technology scouting and horizon scanning at Dcode and Deloitte, working at the intersection of emerging technology and defense and national security. Earlier, he was part of Monitor Deloitte’s Center for the Edge, helping boards and management teams look at what wasn't on their agenda but ought to be, and he began his career at Visa focused on payment innovations in emerging markets.
