Roselynn Chang is Head of Operations at Arcus, a next-generation trading platform built by the team behind dYdX and in partnership with Robinhood Crypto. She has been with the company for 4 years, previously serving as Chief of Staff and now wearing multiple hats across operations, people and talent, go-to-market, customer experience, organizational growth, and strategy.

Before joining the team, Roselynn worked in management consulting with Fortune 500 companies and later in product strategy and operations. She graduated from UC Berkeley, where she studied business.

An operator at heart, Roselynn is passionate about empowering leaders, building high-performing teams, and turning ambitious ideas into execution.
