Rodolfo Dominguez leads Deloitte’s Auto Tech practice. With 25+ years of global automotive and mobility services experience, he helps next-generation mobility clients achieve profitable growth through strategic programs centered on innovation, operating models, customer experience management and technology transformation.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Rodolfo directed the implementation of a global digital strategy across a $150 billion mobility business, and multiple large-scale business transformation programs, including initiatives aimed at renovating outdated structures, processes and technologies.

He has also led several multi-billion dollar auto captive finance business units in North America with direct P&L and end-to-end operations responsibility, and has provided strategic, operational, and financial counsel to Boards of Directors, both at startups and multi-national automotive companies.
