He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of American Banker and has covered financial services as a journalist for more than two decades. He is the host of IntraFi's "Banking with Interest" podcast, which includes interviews with top lawmakers, regulators, bank executives, and journalists who influence banking policy. He has appeared on NPR, BBC, CNBC, Fox and C-Span as an expert on financial regulatory policy and frequently speaks to national and state trade groups on policy issues.
