Rich is passionate about new tech and its utilization to improve the lives of consumers and the efficiency of employees. He is a firm advocate in the benefits of data analytics and its critical role in the determination of strategic direction for an organization.

He has led a transformational period of growth in IT focusing on advancing the credit union’s digital first strategy while strengthening internal capabilities. During his tenure, he has guided Hughes through a core conversion, multiple digital banking platform conversions, and numerous fintech integrations. Prior to Hughes, Rich held senior leadership roles in information security, financial auditing, and credit union finance. He holds a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona.
