Ricardo Chamorro is Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking & Growth at PenFed Credit Union, one of the nation's largest credit unions. PenFed primarily serves members of the military, veterans, and their supporters. He overseas consumer lending, deposits, payments and banking operations serving millions of members globally.

He has held senior leadership roles at PenFed spanning corporate strategy, consumer banking and M&A. His current responsibilities include advancing fraud prevention and applying data, artificial intelligence, and automation to banking operations and the member experience.

Ricardo is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a former U.S. Army intelligence officer, and a combat veteran. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
