Ricardo Amper is the founder and CEO of Incode Technologies, the global leader in AI-driven identity and trust, helping enterprises outpace fraud and grow faster. He’s a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He founded Incode in 2015 and has made it the trusted identity partner for global enterprises, powering frictionless onboarding, fraud prevention, and compliance at scale.

Before Incode, Ricardo founded and exited multiple companies. He launched La Burbuja Networks, an early social network, in 2000. He co-founded Amco Foods, a functional beverage company that Grupo Bimbo acquired. As CEO and CTO of Amco Group, a specialty chemicals distributor, he pioneered AI-driven market intelligence and positioned the company as the “Bloomberg of Aroma Chemicals.” Brenntag Group acquired it.

His expertise spans sales, marketing, product development, and AI-driven transformation. Ricardo holds a BA in Business Administration from ITAM and is based in San Francisco, driving Incode’s continued growth.
