Rayce Coyne is the founder and CEO of Hedgehog, and a speaker and writer focused on the intersection of finance, technology, and institutional resilience.

As a U.S. interest rate trader and later CTO of Texas Exchange Bank, she led development of systems that model and move capital. Today, she works with financial institutions navigating rapid advances in artificial intelligence and changes in capital market structure.

Rayce serves on the board of Texas A&M's Commercial Banking Program, has held leadership roles with Financial Women in Texas, and is writing a textbook on balance sheet strategy for the 21st century. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
