He is leading the launch of Inter’s regulated U.S. banking platform while overseeing payments, cards, deposits, investments, and operational excellence. Over the past decade, Ray has helped scale one of Latin America's leading digital financial platforms and now focuses on building seamless cross-border banking experiences. His interests include AI-powered financial services, embedded finance, operational resilience, and the future of digital banking. Ray is a graduate of Wharton and holds multiple graduate degrees in business and engineering.
