Racquel Oden is the U.S. Head of International Wealth and Global Private Banking at HSBC, supporting ultra-high net worth international clients who are globally mobile. Recognized for her dedication to financial fluency and women’s wealth, Racquel was named to Forbes’ 50 Over 50 list and American Banker’s 2025 Most Powerful Women in Finance. She spearheaded "The Giving Shift" with MSNBC, groundbreaking research on women’s philanthropy, aligning financial strategies with modern values to reshape wealth culture.
With executive experience at JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and UBS, Racquel brings deep expertise to HSBC, one of the world’s largest financial organizations. A committed philanthropist, she chairs the Thurgood Marshall College Fund board and serves on the boards of the Apollo Theater, NY Prep for Prep, and the NYC Police Foundation. Racquel holds an MBA from Hampton University and a B.A. from James Madison University.
