Pawel is passionate about venture capital, entrepreneurship and the payments and transaction economy. He is Chief Payments Officer and Founding Team Member at Fresha, where he works on payments infrastructure and transaction-based business models at scale. Alongside that operating role, he focuses on startup inception and acceleration, and follows trends in decentralisation and asset tokenisation.

Pawel mentors entrepreneurs and advises startups on business models, product-market fit, capital raises, term sheets and board structures.

Earlier in his career, Pawel worked for global and regional media conglomerates in Europe and the Middle East, managing digital media investments, launching content verticals and overseeing business performance.

Pawel has an MBA from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.

In his spare time, he reads history and philosophy, and trains mainly through running.
