Paula Grieco is Senior Vice President at Commonwealth, the national nonprofit advancing financial security and economic opportunity for the tens of millions of Americans living on low-to-moderate incomes. A member of Commonwealth's executive leadership team since 2018, she oversees strategic development, marketing and communications, and key programmatic pillars including inclusive investing and AI for Good — work that has contributed to nearly $9 billion in financial benefit for LMI households.

Paula's career spans more than three decades of entrepreneurship, strategy, and impact. She co-founded Etimes3, a business strategy and technology consulting firm serving clients including Microsoft and the New York Times, and founded Blue Wave Focus, an executive advisory practice. She also authored two guidebooks on economic empowerment for girls and young women, including an Amazon bestseller.
