Paul Chang is the AWS Head of Payment Networks in Financial Services responsible for payments market development, strategy, and helping customers with their digital transformation journey. He leads AWS’s efforts to build trusted partnerships with leading payment companies to develop scalable solutions using enterprise cloud computing, networking, and storage and accelerating the client’s time-to-value. Prior to joining AWS, Paul spent twenty years in the payments and banking industry working on digital payments, network tokenization, card lifecycle management, and EMVCo standards.
