Oliver “Oli” Harris leads Kinexys by JPMorganChase, the firm’s digital assets business, enabling programmable payments, tokenization, and near real-time settlement; over ＄4T processed since inception. He has 15+ years building bank-led digital asset and fintech businesses with leadership across the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia. Before returning to JPMorganChase, he was MD and Head of Digital Assets, Americas at Goldman Sachs, leading digital asset strategy, private investments, and building crypto trading and lending, including GS DAP. At JPMorganChase he previously led Digital Assets Strategy and Quorum, commercializing one of the first enterprise Ethereum platforms and a foundation of Kinexys, and held strategy roles across the CIB and International Consumer Bank, helping launch Chase UK. Earlier, he advised the Office of Tony Blair and led a World Economic Forum initiative. He holds a First Class Honours degree from Cambridge.
