With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she brings expertise from both lender and credit bureau perspectives. She is a recognized thought leader in cash flow underwriting, frequently speaking at industry conferences on alternative credit data and implementation best practices. Cross is passionate about using advanced analytics to create more inclusive financial systems and expand responsible credit access.

Prior to Nova Credit, Cross held senior data science roles at Mission Lane, LendUp, TransUnion, and L2C, and spent nearly a decade at Capital One in analytical and consulting roles. She holds a Master's degree in Analytics and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
