Biography
Nat Weber is Chief Development & Impact Officer for the Americas at AIR where he is responsible for advancing strategic partnerships, strengthening development efforts across the Americas, and supporting responsible innovation that improves financial systems and consumer outcomes. Prior to joining AIR, Nat served in several leadership roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). During his tenure, he helped establish and scale the Office of Consumer Response and led multiple efforts to streamline and modernize consumer financial regulations and regulatory capabilities while in the Director’s Office and in the Office of Competition and Innovation. He also worked on strengthening interagency collaboration amongst state and federal regulators as well as cross-border regulatory coordination through leadership with the Global Financial Innovation Network (GFIN).
