Mohammed Badi is the President of Global Servicing at Amex. In this role, he leads the company’s customer service, travel & lifestyle, credit & collections, and fraud operations teams that serve our global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers. He also oversees key enablement functions that help to power the company's products and services.

Mohammed previously served as President of Global Network Services, responsible for growing Amex’s network in more than 110 countries. He joined Amex in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the company’s medium-to-long term strategy, future planning process, and ensuring alignment across the enterprise.

Mohammed also worked for Boston Consulting Group where he was a Senior Partner & Managing Director leading the firm’s Payments & Transaction Banking Practice. Before BCG, he worked with multiple technology start-ups and as a scientist with NASA’s Gravity Probe B Relativity Mission.
