Mirella Santome is Regional Head of Capital Markets at the New York Stock Exchange, covering the Midwest and Mountain regions and clients on the East and West Coasts. In her current role, Mirella advises private companies on their path to IPO, building long-term relationships with founders, management teams, and boards, and providing strategic support throughout their pre-IPO journey.

Prior to joining the NYSE, Mirella was Vice President of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, covering Technology, Media and Telecom as well as high-growth Consumer companies. Before Goldman Sachs, she was a Capital Markets investment banker at Credit Suisse, focused on the Financial and TMT sectors. Mirella has extensive experience raising capital, advising companies on optimal capital structure, and analyzing operational performance and market positioning.

Mirella graduated cum laude from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. She resides in Denver with her husband and three children.
