Michelle Heppler is a serial entrepreneur in B2B software for highly regulated industries. She is Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer at Unique AI, where she leads customer strategy for the company's agentic AI platform serving financial institutions- managing a book of 40+ multinational enterprise clients (BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered etc.) built from scratch. Previously, she co-founded Pathmate Technologies, a digital health company helping health insurers cut costs while supporting people with chronic conditions. She holds an MA in Business Management and a BA in Business Administration, both from the University of St. Gallen.
