Michael Harris is the Vice Chairman and Global Head of Capital Markets for NYSE Group, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). He leads the NYSE’s global customer acquisition, overseeing a team that builds strategic relationships with founders, CEOs, and private equity firms to attract premier companies to the exchange.

Harris previously served as Head of Capital Markets and Business Development at Citadel Securities, where he expanded the firm's reach among financial sponsors and corporate clients. His public sector experience includes a tenure as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at the U.S. Treasury Department, where he managed the wind-down of the government’s TARP investments. He also held senior roles at JPMorgan and UBS Investment Bank.

Currently, Harris serves on the board of TriState Capital Holdings (a specialty finance subsidiary of Raymond James Financial) and is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Financial Markets Advisory Council.
