Madhu Rao currently serves as the Head of Architecture & AI for US Consumer Cards, where he is responsible for driving architecture modernization, developer enablement platforms, and artificial intelligence. He brings over 25 years of experience in Fintech, Architecture, Engineering, and AI. In his previous role with U.S. Bank, he led Enterprise Architecture & Innovation, where he spent nearly four years overseeing architecture across all business lines.

Prior to that, Madhu worked at JPMorgan Chase for 18 years overseeing various departments within the Consumer & Community Bank. He also served as the Head of General Ledger Technologies and as the Head of Technology for Cloud Acceleration.
