Lisa Yokoyama is the Director of Product Management for Consumer Payments at Google, spearheading the global product strategy and vision for Google Pay across Chrome, Android, Gemini, and AI Mode. Overseeing a high-performing product team, she drives the expansion of secure payment credentials, evolution of authentication solutions, and integration of payments for agentic commerce. Prior to Google, Lisa delivered transformative digital products over a 15-year tenure at American Express, serving as Senior Vice President for Amex Digital Labs, where she led 0-to-1 innovation and strategic growth initiatives. Lisa earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and brings a unique global perspective from her earlier work with the Peace Corps in Haiti and Population Services International.
