Kumar N Senthil is the CEO and Co-Founder of Firmly, based in the Greater Seattle Area. With over five years leading Firmly, Kumar is dedicated to making every impression shoppable for brands worldwide. Prior to founding Firmly, he served as Global Head of Products – eCommerce at Samsung Electronics, where he spent over four years driving product innovation. Kumar’s experience also includes senior leadership roles at Xome as Senior Director of Product Management, Groupon as Director and Principal Product Manager, and Microsoft as Lead Program Manager. He began his career as a Senior Software Engineer at Travelport. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He is skilled in agile methodologies, software development, and agile project management, and is fluent in English and Tamil.
