Dr. Ksenia Shnyra is Chief Operating Officer of Twilight. She previously led Standard Chartered’s institutional digital-asset trading, helping launch the first deliverable spot crypto trading service by a G-SIFI, and served as Principal, Digital Assets Americas at Tonic, advising banks, asset managers and market infrastructures on tokenization, collateral and settlement.

With over 20 years of experience building and operating regulated trading businesses across FX, macro and digital assets, including algorithmic trading, and a PhD in quantitative finance, she focuses on combining the scale and regulatory foundations of traditional finance with the interoperability and 24/7 infrastructure of crypto to unlock liquidity and collateral mobility and greater capital efficiency.
