Kristina Morris is Vice President of Innovation Investments at ICBA, where she leads the organization’s investment portfolio of ThinkTECH Accelerator companies and venture funds. She helps shape innovation strategy and manages key relationships across the portfolio, bringing a perspective informed by experience in fintech, philanthropy, and community engagement.

Previously, Kristina served as project manager for FinTech Atlanta, advancing its mission to establish Atlanta as a global financial technology hub. She also held roles at The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.

Kristina serves on the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s Advisory Board and the board of the University of Georgia Alumni Association’s Atlanta Chapter. She holds an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Emory University.
