Kathleen McGuirk is Head of AI GTM at Plaid, where she leads the company's work with AI labs, agent platforms and fintechs building AI features. Her team helps them bring secure, consumer-permissioned financial experiences into the assistants people use every day, working across sales, partnerships, go-to-market strategy and product. Plaid's AI customers today include OpenAI's ChatGPT, Meta's Muse, Perplexity, and xAI's Grok and Grok Bot, alongside agent platform partners such as Decagon, Sierra, Intercom's Fin and Replit.

Kathleen has spent more than eight years at Plaid, where she has managed growth and strategic accounts, led commercial negotiations and run new product sales teams. Before joining Plaid, she worked at FutureAdvisor, an early robo-advisor later acquired by BlackRock, and in private wealth management. She holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from UC Berkeley.
